Box

A class focused around boxing fitness, skills and technique. This is for all abilities and guarantees a high calorie burning workout whilst developing boxing technique along the way.

The boxing rounds, is evenly divided between two styles of training. Half of the class is spent smashing the skills and drills of boxing, and the other half is spent on the high intensity cardio training. We all have things we're fighting for in this life, whether or not you ever plan on stepping into a ring, we all need strength, fitness, determination, and endurance to be a champion of our own life.

WHO CAN TAKE PART IN THIS CLASS

Beginners/intermediate Aged 16 and above.

  • Gloves
  • Small towel
  • Hand wraps (optional)
