Sweat

High intensity training using key pieces of equipment from our SWEAT ZONE to raise your heart rate throughout. The classes are structured with periods of working at a high intensity and short rest periods to allow you to develop your strength and fitness and have the best workout.

The 45 minute workout in our SWEAT ZONE. The class is split over three areas, boxing fitness, cardio and with a variety of resistance exercises. The rounds are intense, designed to raise your heartrate, the activities are varied, and the sweat is real.

WHO CAN TAKE PART IN THIS CLASS

Beginners/intermediate Aged 16 and above.

KIT NEEDED

  • Appropriate gym clothing
  • Gloves
  • Small towel
  • Hand wraps (optional)
